There are NO booking fees No Postage charges and NO hidden add-ons. A full refund will be given upon a safe return of the tickets if the Promoters/Organisers cancel the event. We also offer a buy back system at www.findutickets.com/forms/sell_ticket.html. If for some reason you can not make the event we offer a fare buy back system.
We aim to get all tickets delivered to you between 4 to 10 days before the event Unless it is a tickets on the day event or Hotel bookings are included with your reservation then tickets will be at that designated collection point.
All booking references will be given via e-mail or post within 72 hours of purchase. In very rare cases you may have to collect at the venue but meeting points and times and Telephone numbers will be given well in advance in the event of this happening a full refund will be offered at that time if the client decides NOT to have tickets delivered to them in this manner.
