Who Are We?
Welcome to FindUTickets.com, The Company was formed off the back of us saucing tickets for friend's or family with also getting tickets for auction items for Charity gala dinners. We had been doing this for about 12 years. While we were doing this we also staged some large charity events such as Golf days both here in the UK and the Algarve. As things progressed we staged Christmas Gala dinners, Valentine Dinners and Summer Balls. All the events were very successful. As things got busier we decided to form FindUTickets.com Limited.
The Main object of the Company is to find quality tickets for quality events for our customers and also to become an easy pay way and management method for people to run and stage there events through our systems with us taking a profit and sharing our expertise. Making the event run that bit more smoother and enabling clients to enjoy there event and leaving the stress to us.
We do not want to become a ticketmaster kind of company but more a specialist in sold out and prestige events, Such as Gala diners, Golf days and top class hospitality for all major events. With our years of successful event organising and also ground work in attending 100s of key hospitality events we have gained a wealth of knowledge in how to run a successful event.
We plan to move into the sponsor market to enable large events to get branded up with corporate sponsorship. This will do three things to any major hospitality or event. One it raises extra money to enable the event to be that bit more different than the normal events and secondly it lifts the profile of the event adding more credibility. Thirdly it will give customers better value for money .Making them want to return to this kind of event again
We take the service of supplying tickets to events and hospitality days very serious. We also went into this with our eyes wide open. Knowing the bad history of some of the companies that operate with in this sector, we decided to find an association that protected our customers and gave them an independent point of contact if they were not happy with levels of our services. This also gives customers peace of mind when they purchase a ticket they know they are getting it.
We found two associations one being STAR and the other being ASTA. Having held meetings with both associations we decided to join ASTA. We felt with the 40 or so companies involved and the code of conduct and code of practise along with a 150% independent refund system in place this seemed to be the better run of the two. We also feel that this protected our brand and our partner's and clients brands.
We are large supporters of Promise Dreams. This is a Wolverhampton based national registered Charity that has been established for just over six years. We have adopted this to be our nominated charity for 2008. We will do a range of events throughout the year to raise money from raffles, auctions and tickets sales. We want to add this to our profile so when people purchase a ticket or attend a event they know they are also supporting a great cause in helping seriously and terminally ill children ad there families.
